Hello!
I’m Rick Bond — a UX practitioner who specializes in turning research into repeatable design outcomes. Since 2006 I’ve led work that ranges from founding a health-tech SaaS company to improving enterprise dashboards used by thousands of employees. I focus on outcomes: shorter task times, fewer user errors, and measurable improvements to accessibility and consistency.
My core approach is pragmatic and collaborative: I run stakeholder workshops, conduct interviews and usability tests, and translate findings into personas, journey maps, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes. I’ve designed and documented component libraries, design tokens, microcopy standards and governance processes so teams can move faster without sacrificing quality or accessibility.
As an educator and mentor I’ve taught UX curriculum and coached students and product teams to adopt system thinking and accessibility best practices. That combination of hands-on product work + teaching makes me effective at transferring UX standards into organizations and helping teams deliver predictable results.
